Where is Mapel Boutique located?

Mapel Boutique has four Oregon storefront locations - three in the Portland, Oregon metro areas of Lake Oswego, West Linn, Bethany Village and the fourth in Vancouver/Camas, Washington. Our Lake Oswego location is in Lake View Village next to Sur La Table, in West Linn you'll find us just a few doors down from the Safeway on Salamo Road, Bethany Village we're just one door down from QFC and in Vancouver/Camas in the Riverstone Marketplace across from QFC.

What are Mapel's return and exchange policies?

Mapel Boutique wants to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase.

An original or gift receipt is required for ALL returns or exchanges. Full price products purchased in-store or online may be returned within 10 days of purchase/delivery. Return tender will be as per original form of payment (cash, credit, gift, etc.). 

In-store or online purchases of full price product that have exceeded 10 days, but are returned within 30 days will be issued store credit in the same amount. Store credit does not expire and can be used at any locations. Online returns will be issued a promotion code that can be redeemed online or in store in the full amount of product purchased.

All items being returned/exchanged must be in new/unworn, with tags attached condition.

Upon receipt of your return (with the original receipt) a customer service representative will contact you to issue money or store credit back

For online exchanges a return label can be requested by emailing with the details of what product you are returning and what product/size you’d like to receive in exchange.

All Sale items are FINAL SALE.

What methods of payment does Mapel accept?

We accept all major credit cards including VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover and Apple Pay. In addition we accept Pay Pal online.

What are Mapel's shipping charges?

Mapel Boutique offers free First Class and Priority Ground Shipping. When available a tracking number will be supplied. Orders will ship within 3 days of receipt. Local in store and curbside pick up is also available at all locations.

What are Mapel's store hours?

What kind of personal shopping services does Mapel Boutique offer?

At Mapel Boutique you have the choice of scheduling a personal styling appointment in-store or via our remote shopping experience, Marke, by Mapel Boutique. In-store or remote styling appointments may be made by text or by calling 971-808-8650 or by emailing

Marke, by Mapel Boutique, is the shopping experience you didn't know you were missing. With an expert team of personal stylists, we bring the boutique shopping experience conveniently to you. Whether it's at the office, in the school pick up line, or while making dinner, an appointment with Marke fits into your busy lifestyle.

Using FaceTime, text, email and phone communication, we're available when you need to shop for that upcoming interview, vacation or special event. Marke is also available anytime you just need a wardrobe refresh or advice on how to style your current closet.

What is Mapel Boutique’s ‘Give Back’ program?

At Mapel Boutique community is a priority and we strive to serve our local community by offering our Mapel Gives Back program. We invite you to book a private shopping event to raise funds for your non-profit group. We’ll provide drinks and snacks and the best part is that 20% of all sales from the event will be donated to your organization!

You can book your event by emailing and include the following information:
